Payments/ Bookings/Deposits

•  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within 2 hours of booking to secure your appointment date and time. 
• This deposit contributes to the total cost of the service. The remaining balance is due at the end of the photoshoot, and no images will be delivered until the total balance is paid. 
• Deposits and remaining balances can be made through Zelle or Cashapp. 
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for the photoshoot. In the event of the photographer being late, clients will still receive the full duration of the booked session. 
• A $25 late fee will be applied if clients are over 20 minutes late. 
• If clients are more than 30 minutes late without communication, the photoshoot may be canceled and rescheduled based on photographer availability. 
• For studio locations, we can recommend various options based on your occasion, and you can either book the studio independently or send a separate deposit for us to arrange it. 

Image delivery

•  Raw proofs will be provided within 24 hours after the photoshoot, and clients have 24 hours to select images for editing. 
• Once final images are chosen, delivery will occur within 2-7 business days, depending on the quantity of images. This timeframe excludes holidays and weekends. 
• Final images will be digitally delivered via iCloud Shared albums, and clients are encouraged to download them promptly for safekeeping. 
• By booking with us, you grant permission for us to use your images on our social media platforms for advertising purposes.
